Mother-Daughter Brunch
At 10:00 AM on May 5, 2018, Vernon Baptist Church's Women of Wonder will be hosting a Mother and Daughter Brunch in the church fellowship hall at the corner of Mill and North Sconondoa streets. Our guest speaker will be Lynnette Wyman, mother of Oneida County deputy Kurt Wyman, who was killed in the line of duty in 2011. Her theme will be, "Living Life On Purpose".
Women of all ages are invited to attend. We will hear from a mother's heart how she learned to bloom and live purposefully after losing her son. We will also enjoy some delicious breakfast foods and have a fun time creating a special craft.
